Program terms and privacy notice

These terms cover Sphere Link Partners and Sphere Link Affiliates, both run by Sphere Link Innovations Inc.

What we collect

For members: your name, email, company, website, country and, for partners, your application answers. For leads partners register: company, website, contact name, title, email and notes. For referred HighSight customers we receive a one-way hash of their email, their email domain and payment amounts, never their name or card details.

What we don't collect (yet)

We do not collect bank account, tax or identity numbers in the portal. Payment details are arranged directly with our team.

Cookies

Referral links record the click on our server and do not set a cookie. The product site asks for your consent before storing a referral cookie; if you decline, attribution still works when you sign up from the link.

Who can see what

Each partner and affiliate sees only their own leads, customers, commissions and payouts. Our team sees only the programs it is authorised for, and every action is logged.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to Support@sphere-link-team.com. We follow Canada's PIPEDA.

Status

Both programs are pre-launch. Figures shown in the portals may be placeholders until launch.
