Sphere Link Affiliates Agreement

This agreement is between you and Sphere Link Innovations Inc. ("we"), which runs Sphere Link Affiliates, the affiliate program for HighSight.

1. Joining

You join by creating an account, verifying your email and accepting this agreement. You must be at least 18. We may close any account that breaks this agreement.

2. What you earn

You earn 30% of what each customer you refer actually pays for HighSight, every billing cycle, for as long as their subscription stays active. Customers you refer get 20% off their first month. Amounts are in Canadian dollars.

Separately, if 20 or more of your referrals make their first payment in a calendar month, your own next HighSight month is 50% off; at 35 or more it is free. Tiers don't stack and are not paid as cash.

3. Attribution

A customer is yours when they sign up through your link or enter your code at sign-up, within the attribution window shown in your portal. The first valid attribution stands. A referral cookie is only stored if the visitor agrees to it.

4. When commission is payable

Commission becomes payable only after the customer's payment clears and the holding period and refund window shown in your portal have passed. If a payment is refunded, the related commission is cancelled. If a customer cancels before a commission becomes payable, that commission is cancelled. Commission already paid for a later refund may be deducted from a future payout.

5. Payouts

You request a payout from your portal once your approved balance reaches the minimum shown there. Our team pays requests manually and marks them paid. We will ask for payment details directly; do not send bank or ID numbers through the portal. You are responsible for your own taxes.

6. Disclosure (required)

Whenever you share your link or code, you must clearly and visibly say that you earn a commission, next to the link and not only in a footer, in line with the FTC Endorsement Guides and Canada's Competition Act. Example: "I'm a HighSight affiliate and earn a commission if you subscribe through my link."

7. What you must not do

• Refer yourself, your own company or anyone paying with your payment method.
• Bid on HighSight brand terms, use misleading claims or promise income.
• Send spam, use cookie stuffing, fake clicks or incentivised sign-ups.
• Pretend to be HighSight or Sphere Link Innovations.

We may withhold or cancel commission from activity that breaks these rules.

8. Changes and ending

We may change these terms with notice in your portal. Either side may end this agreement at any time. Commission already payable at that point is still paid.

9. Existing HighSight affiliates

If you were a HighSight affiliate before this program moved to Sphere Link Innovations, your existing link and code keep working. Payouts move from automatic weekly Stripe transfers to manual payout requests.
