Sphere Link Partners Agreement

This agreement is between you (the partner) and Sphere Link Innovations Inc. ("we"), which runs Sphere Link Partners, the partner program for SaleSignal.

1. Joining

Membership is by application. Our team reviews every application and keeps the program to a limited number of active partners. You become a partner only when we approve you, and only after you accept this agreement.

2. Registering leads

Register every prospect in the partner portal before you start selling. Registration is timestamped and linked to your Partner ID. If another partner registered the same company first, or it is already a SaleSignal customer, the lead goes to our team for review and is not attributed automatically. Our decision on attribution is final.

3. Promo codes and commission

We issue your promo codes. Each code carries a customer discount and a partner commission from a tier: a bigger customer discount means a smaller commission. Once a deal is attributed, its discount is locked and can only change with our written approval.

4. When commission is payable

Commission is earned when we mark the deal won. It becomes approvable only after we have received the customer's payment and the holding period has passed. A refund cancels the related commission.

5. Payouts

Approved commission is paid manually on request. We will ask for payment details directly; do not send bank or ID numbers through the portal. You are responsible for your own taxes.

6. Conduct

• Describe SaleSignal accurately. No promises of results, income or pricing we have not approved.
• Disclose that you are a SaleSignal partner when you introduce it.
• Don't register companies you have no real relationship with, or claim existing customers.
• Respect privacy and anti-spam law (including CASL) when contacting prospects.

7. Confidentiality

Pricing, product plans and customer information you receive through the program are confidential.

8. Changes and ending

We may change these terms with notice in your portal. Either side may end this agreement at any time. Commission already approved at that point is still paid.
